Work through these steps in order. Each links to a detailed article.

  1. Secure your account. Turn on two-step verification. See Turn on two-step verification.

  2. Start your first thread. Ask the agent something simple, like "Summarise what TenderB OS can do for a tender manager."

  3. Add your company knowledge. Upload a company profile, references and CVs to a collection. See Set up Company Knowledge.

  4. Create a scout. Let TenderB OS find tenders for you. See Create a scout.

  5. Create a project for a real tender. Upload the tender documents and attach your collections. See Create a project.

  6. Ask for a bid/no-bid. See Make a bid/no-bid decision.

  7. Draft your first answer. Let the agent write a document and refine it in the editor. See Create a document with the agent.

A typical rollout has you live with your profile and knowledge on day 1, working on your first real tender with TenderB OS in weeks 2–3, and comparing outcomes (won or lost, value, time saved) after 90 days.
