Collection | A library of files (e.g. Company Knowledge) the agent can use. |
File | Anything you upload: PDF, Word, Excel, images. |
Document | A live, editable text created in TenderB OS, which you can export to Word or PDF. |
Scout | A saved tender search that runs every hour and sends matches to your inbox. |
Inbox | Where your threads and scout matches come together. |
Skill | Reusable instructions (plus optional files) the agent follows, called with @. |
Integration | A connection to another app, such as Outlook or LinkedIn. |
